Hydrogen takes more energy to produce than the efficiency you gain. Everything comes from fossil fuels, down to the plastic bodies and interiors that most electric cars are made from. And remind me, what problem are we trying to solve with electric and hydrogen cars?

The solution here is simple. Like Henry Rollins says, don't think about it, do it. Its an easy adjustment. Measure your bike before, install the angleset (or reduce fork travel), ride BEFORE you measure the new setup so you don't have bias. If it feels good keep it.

Those who don't ride a bike to work now, likely won't ride one to work in the future, e-bike or otherwise. Most people don't live a bikeable distance from work, plus the whole working from work thing was slowly fading away prior to COVID, which has just accelerated it.
