Im sorry, i misunderstood you because the way your original post is worded makes it sound like your implying there are still downed trees everywhere, when there is not. Now i see that your just saying the park guys arent helping. Understood. I was explicitly told NOT to help with any tree...
What on earth are u talking about? I go there every other day and the trees are cleared regularly after almost ever storm. There has been 2-3 more bad storms since the ice one and they cleared almost everything. I only know of one tree in that whole park that wasnt cleared and it was huge and on...
Oh man, great work! i discovered Archspire for the first time live a couple years ago at the Stanhope House while seeing Origin. it was so unbelievable how good they sounded live. Instant fan. Havent stopped listening since, along with BOO and the Faceless. Best 3 bands in whatever you call...
wonderturtle that was great! Im trying to get back into writing and recording as well. I have a bit different style but i love all music the same...
My band from high school 10 years ago. Dont laugh.
I would agree with this more if the locals who are complaining were the majority but i think in this case it gets a bit tricky. These 3 property owners out of many have allowed 10+ years of direct economic growth in their area by letting this bike park thrive, and in turn, many many other family...
Guitar players here too? Wow this place is cool.
My guitars: Ibanez RG550 Prestige , Ibanez Iron Label series, Ibanez Xiphos, Jackson Dk2 kelly, jackson X series Soloist, And a washburn x50 pro.
As u can probably guess, i like to shred!
Wow this looks promising. Lots more trails to come as well. https://www.stratton.com/the-mountain/mountain-improvements
Not sure how you guys feel about skills with Phil youtube guy, but i saw him do a video on Highland park and it blew my mind. Didnt even know stuff like that existed! Its #1...
Im offering help right now but he doesnt seem too talkative haha. I guess you guys just ride/build these trails and wait for the state to clean up? Im too impatient for that.
and i have never met a horse back rider who wasnt jerk! yelling and screaming at me to back off when im already 50ft...
Dumb question, dont take this the wrong way, but how would they even enforce this? Looks like a HUGE area with many ways in. People will probably not listen and get the whole place shut down now.
I wasnt sure if it was a jorba or state certification, thank u. Any idea how to get certified or do u need to work for the state? Cant find any info on this on state site or jorba site. I know nothing about trail building or maintenance but i do know trees.
Would taking pictures with GPS...
How can I get involved? Is joining JORBA a must to be able to help clear trees? I have been using these trails for years and want to give back. I have all types of chainsaws and tools to help.
