Yes, the bike is still available... Not 100% sure of the size off the top of my head, but I believe this is the 20". For reference, I am 6' tall with a 33" inseam. The stem on the bike is quite long, so I'd imagine with a shorter stem this bike could fit your friend quite nicely...
