    Maurice River Bluffs Trail Conditions

Today, I rode Belleplain and it was fine. A few wet spots at the beginning of 1 but perfect otherwise. The leaves and pine needles made it extremely slow but it was fun.

What have you done to your bike today?

I’ll check the spokes but I don’t have another wheel, other bike is 27.5. Everyone has given me interesting ideas. I’ll check each and see what happens next. Thanks to everyone.

What have you done to your bike today?

It seems to click on the down stroke of the drive side pedal area and only while under pressure, never during light pedaling. Maybe it’s my knees?

What have you done to your bike today?

I need some advice. I’ve got a tick/click that I can’t clean up on an older bike (2013 Trek superfly 100 al elite). I’ve replaced the bottom bracket and the pivot bushing on the frame, lubed the seat post and installed a new seat and chain due to normal maintenance. But the click still remains...

    A little off topic

I had an incident riding Estell Manor Friday morning. While riding, a friend clipped a tree and went down. He a new inexperienced rider and a senior citizen. I hopped off my bike and went to check if he was alright. He was basically fine but while he was regrouping, another rider blew past us. I...

    Tuesday Beginners Group Rides

I’d like to join this beginner friendly ride but I’m booked this week but I have a few questions. I’m an antique (70+) and I’ve been riding forever or longer, how long do you generally ride? And a friend of the same vintage but relatively inexperienced would like to join. Will he survive...

    Advanced-Beginner Trails; Burlington area?

Camden County College is a great place for a beginner rider. There are a few climbs/downhills, twists and turns and enough trails to get lost. Young riders love that. You can easily ride there for a hour+ and not get bored, which is perfect for a young rider.

    Belleplain SF Conditions

Today was the first time I’ve ever made it through there without enjoying hitting a tree. I’ve always felt that the best part of that section was the challenge of fighting around the trees and laughing at my lack of skills. Now the fun is being taken away.

    Belleplain SF Conditions

Rode there today, perfect conditions, no mud or water. I don’t know GPX but Singletracks website has an accurate description and location. The trailhead is plainly marked just above the lake picnic area parking lot, on the left side of the road.

    Belleplain SF Conditions

I feel better now at 5.5mph. I thought I was in Back to the Future going in reverse. I felt good not kissing to many trees.

    Belleplain SF Conditions

Does this count as riding? At times I thought I was going in reverse.

    Belleplain SF Conditions

Rode there today. Perfect and slow. Just the right conditions for an old antique.

    Mercer County Park Conditions

Check out Black Run Preserve near Voorhees. It’s similar to Mercer but maybe easier. Perfect for a new rider

    Riding plants

I’ve been wearing Sporthill. They’ve have several options and are a little pricey but perfect for riding and skiing. I’ve had one pair for 10+ years and they are still going strong. After 10 years, they paid for themselves.
