ok. I remember using two wrenches and turning one and holding the other to tighten. Don't remember it being a big deal.

Just sold a set of these not too long ago. Use two box wrenches to tighten each side thus putting the hub back together. They have sealed bearings so unless you feel grinding when spinning the wheel, don't bother taking the wheel further apart.
