    Upgraditis! Help!

I would do wheels first. I have experience with both hope and the stans ztr hubs, and I think they are both great. The hopes have a ton of miles on them, the ztrs not as much, fwiw. The ztrs are lighter and have better engagement, but the hopes will outlast them. Stan's rims are great, you used...

    Single speed wheels

Stans ztr ss wheelset, pick a rim. Best bang for your buck. I weigh 250 and have been running arch's for years with no problems.

Oh, and if you ever want to look like a total asshole at one of your shows you are more than welcome to borrow my two full stacks. They would sound like absolute garbage for what your doing but the visual would be boss.:getsome:

    First carbon victim

I've seen this happen before when people confuse inch pounds with foot pounds. Not saying thats what happened, just saying I've seen it before.

    white clay

wet, sloppy, and half snow covered down here. It's a no go for a little while here.

    white clay

I would say white clay is unridable for a very long time, I wouldn't say that it drains poorly but the soil doesn't recover fast after the winter snows. Unless it gets really cold again and we get a fresh few inches of snow, white clay is toast for at least a month.
