I rode before lunch today and conditions were pretty dry with a few wet spots.
Huge thanks to the crew out there moving the dirt around! It's going to be great!
Took advantage of the nice weather and got a canal side ride in at lunch.
Trails were in great shape with nothing really hanging over the trails. Get on it before the rain this weekend.
We get this every delivery from UPS. The driver parks on the road, walks up the driveway and sidewalk, puts the package on the porch and rings the doorbell.
FedEx backs all the way up the drive and throws the package in the general direction of the house.
I have five blink cameras around the ponderosa and have no complaints with them.
I had won a Canary outdoor camera and bought a second for our old house. Both were crapped out within six months. Avoid Canary products.
Rode the canal side this morning and cleared all the overnight spider webs from the trail with my face.
No wet spots and the trail was not dusty given the early AM ride. Trail is narrow in some spots but nothing growing across.
Rode the canal side for the first time since last fall. Conditions were great.
Nice job keeping it clear! I'll be back out Wednesday morning weather permitting.
When we sold our house a bad chimney cap came up in the inspection. I was quoted $1,200 to repair it and the same chimney guy gave the buyer a $2,000 estimate. We gave the $1,200 credit to the buyer to replace if they wanted to.
