All my cycling shoes are EU size 44. My sneakers are also a 44. Depending upon the company that usually translates to US size 10. The 45 Wolvhammers were just a little bit too tight with thick socks in the winter. I’d say these are perfect for someone that wears a size 43 in a cycling shoe
