pedal driven i am a big fan. if we could further the positive image of bikers getting along with everyone else whose on the trail, i think we would have more trails to ride. it seems like from watching the doc, bikers and the forest service both feel the same on what the land should be used for.

stress relivers big fan of holistic/herbal medicine but am by no means a doctor. i have found good results with valerian root and meditation. above that, nothing beats stress like a good ride, or pushing some weight at the gym. good luck,man.

saving money i would highly look into non brand names cycling gear. for example, icebreaker makes solid merino wool and everything, but you can get 2 pairs of pants and shirts from duofold for the same price youd pay for 1 ice breaker shirt. i dont wear tights, but my dad highly reccomends...
