If you know anybody with a proper automotive scanner, it only takes a minute to reset the values of the steering angle sensor, aftermarket(non factory) diagnostic scanners have a section to set steering wheel after alignment, so you can try that if it fixes it, you should not have any suspension...

Still under factory warranty? If so definitely take it to the dealer, I know Mercedes will definitely have you cover for something like that

Many things, steering angle sensor may be outside learned values or need values to be reset, alignment(if alignment is performed, steering angle sensor need to be reset/thought-in) make sure your tires are in decent shape, if high mileage check your lower control arm bushings or any other worn...
