I started out at about 9:15 from the Rt 27 lot. The "twisties" were a little greasy but ok. Once out of the twisties, it got very wet very quickly. The dirt section after the bridge over the stream was very muddy. From that point on in the spots where you'd expect it to be wet, it was...

10:30 sounds a little late to beat the thaw. I think I'm going to try and hit 6 mile at 9am. I'll post if that's what I end up doing (gravitational force of the bed seems to be a challenge lately).

Really? I read some posts on the 6MR forum from yesterday saying some had ridden. I figured with today's dry weather it would only get better. That place does get slick in a heartbeat though.
