Chimney rock Saturday or Sunday morning.

There's a trail runners race at CR on sat. Looks like yellow and orange trails. Thread 'Avoid Chimney Rock sat' https://www.mtbnj.com/forum/threads/avoid-chimney-rock-sat.54236/

    Body Armor / protection

Thanks for the suggestions. Last night I ordered Under Armour Basketball Hex Padded tank. There are lots of others like this with basic rib protection, but from the pics it looks like this may cover the kidneys too- we'll see.

    Body Armor / protection

Recovering from bruised ribs from a fall when riding on ice at Chimney Rock 6 weeks ago. I've landed on my back several times over the years and my hydration pack protected my back, but I've been jabbed in the kidneys a few times. Since I've hardly ridden over the last 6 weeks, I've been growing...

    Body Armor / protection

Looking for recommendations for thin, lightweight armor- the kind that fits under a jersey. There are several out there, but I'm specifically looking for it to protect ribs and kidneys- chest and back not really required. Winter Gloves

I also like my Skeestacks and I use a merrino wool glove liner. The Sleestacks are a tad tight and once my hands sweat i can't get them off or back on w/o the liners. Warm and cheap.

SQLab 30x16 handlebar, has anyone tried one yet?

I've had forearm pain and switched to sq labs 311 version 2 handlebar on my trail bike. It has a 16 deg backsweep which works for me. With the stock 9deg backsweep, my hands didnt line up right, but everyone is different. They helped, then i switched to rev grips- they are a suspension type...
