Does anyone have experience with or knowledge of this? I believe there is a way to rebuild worn shifters. Mine seem worn, and I'd like to keep using them. Is it practical to do so, and how difficult is it to do? has anyone actually done the rebuild or had it done? by whom? Many thanks!

Thanks. I wasn't sure how necessary it was to drink water while using the paste. (I like nothing but plain water in the hydration bladder). Tried it in the 16 hour adventure race and nothing bad happened. Need to keep experimenting.
