I believe that it is a water pump that is there. Not 100% sure but I wouldn't trust that. It doesn't get much if any use. I would use the fountain located at sunrise lake on the patio that is next to the building

I just went on Thursday, April 2nd . The trails were decent with virtually no snow (a couple small patches form the hardpack). There was some downed trees as always and some mud to be expected. It was awesome overall though. I rode the yellow trail and some of the Orange, green and red trails.
