My favorite escape was to hit the trails . Two or Three times a week i would ride to keep in shape . Weather it was All mountain or Trails around a
reservoir to keep up endurance .
Sadly I had developed a Medical condition witch put a quick stop to the biking and recovery mode was in effect .
I'm getting back to ridding but its not going to be as aggressive as it used to be .
Now i'm doing light trail riding and beach Bike Cruises .
