    Bye Bye Briz?

In addition to losing trails; Atlantic avenue is one of the biggest east-west thoroughfares for road cyclists in the area. It’s one of the few roads that I feel motorists expect to see riders on the road in my area; adding an additional 1000 cars to that road on a daily basis, adds even more...

    National Parks

Yosemite and Grand Canyon have been my favorites so far; when you get the first view at both parks it is absolutely jaw dropping. Big Sur in California which I don’t think is actually a National Park is also as good as it gets for views

    Sub 6 minute mile?

Look to a local triathlon or running club; they may have weekly track workouts. I was going to one a couple of years ago, it has since discontinued, and was shocked that I was able to get under 7:30; I was typically running 9:30 minute miles prior to those workouts.

As a weekend worker, I can confirm that Saturday and Sunday mornings still feel the same as when I was a kid; cartoons should be on on Saturday mornings and I should be trying to get out of going to church on Sundays. Having off on Mondays are nice because nothing is ever crowded.

We are considering installing railroad ties as curbing, similar to your planters, do you find them to be in constant need of upkeep, rotting etc or are they pretty much set it and forget it? It seems every contractor wants to install Belgian blocks but the costs become astronomical for a long run.
