Does anyone know if the sand roads in Wharton forest are rideable with a regular mountain bike?

Came across this beautiful rattlesnake in Delaware Water Gap on the side of the road. I think he may have gotten run over though as he wasn't moving. I didn't get closer to check.

They're on my Giant Toughroad, size large. Bike originally came with Maxxis Maxxlite Speed 29 x 2.0 tires but those were hard to find and these Schwalbes seem to roll better and are more durable

As far as alcohol goes, I find that there's no middle ground. In my experience, trying to quit drinking and having just a few ended up with me having too many too often. What worked for me is realizing that drinking what essentially is a poison went against the hard work that I put into myself...

I've been riding on Schwalbe Hurricane tires 29 x 2.0. Great on gravel and pretty quick for me on pavement. They've been tough getting a flat maybe once every 1000 miles or so. They don't cost much either.
