Honestly, until you quit smoking you are going to be held back from reaching your goals. Once you quit I think you will find a lot of things will be easier including endurance and finding the energy to complete activities.

I played football at 160 and wrestled at 152, but Freshman year in college I grew 1.5" and put on 30lbs of muscle. I was playing rugby lifting 2x a day and eating about 10k cals a day. Man I miss college!!
I wrestled at strawweightbin HS, 108, but in college was close to 150 with still single digit fat. Wrestled for a year at 140 something but college athletics weren't for me. After college hit the gym everyday and got to 170, now I have man boobies. Body slowed down at around 30. Don't let that be you

I've only managed to get out to Wiss twice, but had a ton of fun both times. Hard for me to get out on the weekends with all the family stuff to do. Usually end up just getting an hour or so after work. And I've only been working one or two days a week lately. I give those stay at home moms credit, the more I stay at home to watch our son, the less time I get for myself. I enjoy the time with him, but it's more work than work, lol. I'll probably be working even less when the second one gets here in December.

Those charts are garbage and it doesn't account for anything. What if I natural had a really big ass or 12 fingers. I'll us my question to most. What was you HS weight?

I actually don't remember my HS weight... might have been 145 but tail end of college I was 165. Damn beers!
My height hasn't changed since Jr year of HS but I have always been on the heavier side growing up. I don't ever remember being skinny.

1. We all were leaner. We all got fat. We are all trying to get lean again.
2. Group rides are happening. Go back 15 pages to find out when and where. Probably at MC or BP or RV. Hope that you show up to the right park on the right day.
