OOS MOGA

That’s right frank got it.... but in my case I believe anyone can accomplish anything if they work hard and consistency also discipline altogether
Anyway.,i’m Not that as you think I am
I’m just mortal like anyone else
Only slightly better.,😉
I’m sure you guys can do this too.,,you just need motivation and courage also time
I believed this at one pt...
Do you know how long it took for me to walk normal again after the 100m Coney Island ride? Or the 80m Bronx tour? Don't get me started on the Bear Mountain ride!
And these are merely a fraction of what you normally do.
I think I would be more comfortable in believing that you are not human. lol

This group has gotten stronger and stronger throughout the year. I've seen real progress, unfortunately mostly from the sidelines. What's even better are the friendships, camaraderie, and the positive support from the group and community. I know it sounds like XXOO, (and uncharacteristic of me) but this is one great group this year. Hope to see it continue throughout the year into next. We all joke about being OOS, but everyone has their own limits, goals and drive. It's cool to have you join and encourage us as our journeys intersect from time to time.

be consistent, and gradually increase training load.
the fact that you can go out and do rides like that, and push through means it is in you.

I am glad you didn't join us for the RW ride. Jeez.... the things they said about you. So vulgar and foul... I just cant repeat it. Specially Frank and Max. I had to shut my ears at one pt.
Don't believe a word he says it's propaganda! We only had happy cheerful thoughts of Walt! lol

so what's the plan for this weekend? I believe the general consensus is to move the Wayay ride to later in the year. I think a snow ride with @Kaleidopete would be more fun anyways. Also I'm out for Sunday, have a contractor coming over to do some work, so no LewMo for me.

There's a good chance I can now make the MTBNJ Chimney ride on 10/21, I should know for sure by tomorrow. I may do a recon ride on Saturday at CR, though it will be a dawn patrol, as I need to be home by 10AM.

Dude... dawn patrol now is 7AM. Will be dark before then.

Max wanted an easier place to ride after getting beat up at RW and I am feeling the same. I want to put out Stephens, Nassau or LewMo for Sunday
Haven't been out to HM in a while and I plan on riding there on Sat. Gotta give my home park some love.
