on-one frames

Anyone have one of these or have an opinion? They're 200 or so for aluminum or steel, 26, 29, ss hardtails frames. 3.5 pounds for an aluminum frame isn't bad. And one the good deals, they have a carbon frame for under 400.

I just bought one! And just switched my parts over. I did this after a ridiculously exhaustive search on line of new and used frames. I got the scandal 29er. Frame was $270 with free shipping and no taxes (still don't know how this is possible!!). The reviews of the frame were outstanding. Seemed like a complete no brainer. Very psyched about the purchase...especially considering the time I spent researching/shopping this purchase 😉. I just built it last weekend so I only have 2 rides in so I can't really give a full review. The only thing I noticed so far (likely resulting from the move to a lighter aluminum frame) was that some climbs were certainly easier on the new frame. Plus, IMHO she's damn sexy.....

Ahhhh, that's awesome, I'll need a test ride next weekend at hartshorne. I was looking at the scandal in black. You won't mind a carbon ss trade for a little while right?

Lemme know when you will be around. Scooting around on a carbon SS for a little bit....I could handle that 🙂

Once I came upon the scandal...the toughest decision was between the black vs raw. Can't go wrong either way IMO. I decided to go raw to fool people into thinking it was titanium. 🙂

I used to ride the In-Bred 29er for a long time before I went full custom. It's very heavy but very versatile and does the job. Geometry is almost the exact same as Haro Mary.

I really really like the 456 Evo 2 in the raw clear coat. I have soo much 26 inch wheel stuff that I have been thinking building one up as a travel bike with a dual position coil rs sektor rl. That would be awesome- I hyst do not really need a travel bike, nor a 6 inch front travel hardtail... I just really want one!

I almost pulled the trigger on a 456. The frame geo looks right up my alley but the welded der hanger turned me off. I went with the Brodie bruzza instead which i am loving. Just wish I had a different fork.

Sorry to go off topic, but another frame I want to try out is the Cotic Bfe. Right in line with the geo of these types of frames.

I owned a 26" Scandal and switched back and forth between 1x9 and SS....absolutely loved it. Sold frame once I got out of 26 and new owner loved it too.

on one does some strange things year to year .. for the past few years they were offering swap out inbreds .. now not on their site .. maybe be an availability thing

their carbon 456 is swap out

i'm proud of inbred Ti SS frame owner..love it.

i crashed hard once on this,..it didn't break or bend or changed.
still ride and race it.
