Can we install a kicker at the missing drainage crossing. Would be dope. Also at Blackwell mills stream crossing lol. I haven’t ridden 6MR in a long time and didn’t know that was missing. I went in hot from the berms.

Got out on the canal side yesterday at lunch. Trail was was in good shape except for some low areas. Should be good as long as it doesn't rain.

Took advantage of the nice weather and got a canal side ride in at lunch.

Trails were in great shape with nothing really hanging over the trails. Get on it before the rain this weekend.

Is it ok to ride in the morning after overnight dew/frost or is it going to damage the trails?

we aren't quite there yet. should be OK.
as soon as the ground freezes overnight, then thaws because of temps or sun, then

Conditions were amazing yesterday afternoon along with the best weather. A few slick spots like patrick said but overall it was good. I don't know if you got any rain last night though.

This week will be the start of the real freeze thaw cycle. Those new to this phenomenon should use the google to figure this out

You can literally go from cement to peanut butter in 1/2 an hr.

Those who have experienced this know how quickly this comes on

At 35 degrees, the trail will seem like we’ve had ten straight days of rain for no apparent reason

This strips the compacted trail tread of soil and uncovers roots. It also can leave ruts that won’t fade till spring.

That all is dependent on whether the ground was soft/moist prior to the freeze, right? If dry prior, should still be fine after thaw?
