MONDAY NIGHT MIRACLE SITUATIONS
Well, it's finally here, the first week....
@Chris26er needs Darren Waller to put up 49.1 points and hopes that Justin Tucker doesn't make a kick... yawn
@jShort and his shorties are relying on Lamar Jackson to put up a 40 burger against @Gene, Germy can get to be early tonight me thinks.
Rookie @Meatball Mia is down 55.5 points to the vet @oobaa47 with 4 people left to roll out, sadly they are all on the Raiders (Josh Jacobs, Ruggs and Carlson the kicker) and some guy named Sammy Watkins who will probably blow up for one game and get an injury.. This is possible but not sure how the game needs to play out...
The most interesting situation is....
@stb222 only needs .96 points from Kenyan Drake and the Ravens D... this could end in a nightmare where the Raiders blow out the Ravens and net negative points, while Kenyan Drake has a fumble or something... Or it could just be over in the first drive...

Lets also not forget about Baker Mayfield.....always count on him when the game is on the line

Rough weekend for sports. Like, why do I care abou this again?
Yankees lose 2 to the lowly Mets. Jets lose to Darnold which I actually don’t even mind that much. I always liked him and hope he does well. That said panthers fans (my NC fam) need to calm down for beating the Jets. If the Jets got a stop when they needed to, Zach Wilson may have beat them. They looked like Gase was still coaching them in the first half but once the second started it seemed like they calmed down and made it a game. If Zach Wilson gets a little protection, he’s pretty good. I’ve said the same thing about every Jets QB so yes, queue the same old jets mantra.
As far as Too $hort, I will be blaming my kids for making me late and getting stuck with Saquan. Maybe he needs to work off the rust but he didn’t instill any confidence.
A big goose egg from my TE didn’t help either.

Lets not forget that last year the Colts were a playoff team....They lost week 1 to the Jags, who then lost every other game all year....
Wilson looked like most other jets qbs lately....hard to say if hes any good when he has no running game, is running for his life, a defense that cant get off the field.

that leaves 10 teams that suck. different levels of suck, but suck.
i figure if we do a bad enough job of recapping, he'll be forced to take over from the embarrassment.
I'm not sure why espn doesn't have a story generator.
