Welp.
I think we can merge this thread with the Covid thread and just have one thread called "People are idiots."Did my first drive by just now on the mototooter. Yes there are fresh bike tracks on the trail already. Five cars in the Jacques Lane lot - all NY plates. Two cars in the Canal Road lot - NY plate and NJ plate.
Canal Road has logs, mud, gravel, abandoned cars/trucks still. Trailhead off Jacques looked untouched. I will keep doing flybys.
This is a picture from the small bridge on Canal Road when you finish up on forbidden red.

From one of the Facebook groups. Gonna have to dig out that bridge at Blackwells again. Let’s not go carrying our torches and pitchforks to people that are out there. Educate, don’t berate.
like that? Just came up with it.

Dunno. But I'll be hitting up the parks with better drainage instead in the coming days. With this week's storm plus today's rain, it will likely take longer to dry out.are the blue trail likely to be rideable tomorrow afternoon after 3pm?
Any recommendation for which ones within hr of 6MR?Dunno. But I'll be hitting up the parks with better drainage instead in the coming days. With this week's storm plus today's rain, it will likely take longer to dry out.

Thx Patrick. I might do that tomorrow.Nassau Trails - a step up in difficulty, but not too much.
it is a bit of a challenge to loop it together correctly, so find someone's strava and go for it.
Is this at 6-MR? I thought I had hit all the trails there.
I second Nassau. And if it happens to be too wet you can always hit up Columbia trail. Round Valley drains well too but much more challenging.Any recommendation for which ones within hr of 6MR?
