6 Mile Run Conditions

I've been ridden over it in years past with no problem but this season i've walked it all but once. The one time i attempted it this season i ended up having to put a foot down and walk it lol. It the combination of the angle (valley), the random shapes of concrete chunks, limited line options and narrowness, water/wetness/mud, and risk of falling onto concrete/water that make me go nope.
I always ride it but I concur that it's not the same as it was. It used to be way easier.

I clipped more this morning on blue. Getting there but there is still a good sized chunk of trail that needs it badly. The overgrowth changes the way people ride the trail. It gets wider as they attempt to avoid thorns. If we could get two/three more people out to help, it would be done in a matter of three hours tops.

I’ll join you shortly.
I should get the brush hog back any day. That’s the real deal.

Tough call. Go out and scout and post up. I’ve been sticking to the road.

Rode everything but white this am. Conditions are damp and tacky with puddles here and there. Blue was the worse but didnt see anything approaching peanut butter conditions. Should be pretty decent this afternoon and tomorrow after we get more sun.

Some shots of ble below.

Tree down on red above bottom bracket level in diameter. Its just before the concrete bridge.

Speaking of which, the broken up part is looking sketchier than usual. Hiked-a-bike across for first time ever going across from the pond side.
