Nope. The components that come with it do not warrant that type of money. I can see some heavy chain suck under the carbon fiber-sh chain stay protector, not in the >$500 territory, if this type of bike ever is anyway.

I'm buying the light blue for $500 including the original RockShox fork, which I was trying to surce as well. Trying to assess if it's a legitimate seller, I've got the s/n, pictures of the chain stays etc. and the conditions seems almost perfect/new but...he's 'realistically taking a few days to ship it'...so, meh...

For how picky you are you should give up then, if you want something this hard to find you’re going to pay a premium for it. Any bike that’s 5 years old isn’t going to look like it’s been in a box it’s whole life!

part of me wants to buy this just so i can sell it to you for double.

As in PayPal ? Yes, I paid for goods purchase, picked up the fee. He’s been replying promptly and sending pics via text. The add was removed shortly after I paid and did not surface in any other location...I’m still nervous but I tried to use all precautions I’m aware of...unfortunately I really wanted this frame so I also paid for a fork that I’m not particularly interested in...need to think the strategy to justify the inbound large package with the wife...
