AXS Derailleur Won’t move to low gear

As the title states, my Force AXS long cage derailleur won’t move to the 36t. Yes, the limit is set all the way out and I’ve used the adjustment “cable tension” and it did nothing. Just can’t get it up there, any tips?

If you remove the cable can you push it to the gear?

something is bent the cable isn't moving far enough or your limiter is limiting you.

is your axel all the way tight?

It’s wireless but used the digital adjustment to push it up, no luck. Axel is tight and hanger is unbent since this a new build.

does it bottom on the stop or is there a gap?

Did you do that weird think with the buttons where you adjust it out to the largest cog then set the screw?

The virtual limit is off by a gear. Adjust the RD in the big ring up front. The system locks out the 10t in the small ring so if you trim it to go there you'll lose the top.
