Who am I?
I’m a biker which is probably why you’re reading this, as I’ve written an article on a bike website that links to this page. I run MTBNJ.com. I also run the team named after the site. I’m the promoter of the races that we host as well. I’m technically still a bike racer, but not nearly as “good” as I used to be. At the end of the day, I ride bikes and partake in the community that surrounds those bikes. I try to have fun with it.
As I sit here now, I have 3 mountain bikes, 2 cross bikes, and 1 road bike.
I am a husband, a father, a step-father, and a son. The family is a pretty important part of who I am, who we are. Here’s us, this is our crew from this past summer in San Francisco:
I travel a bunch, so we travel a bunch. Sometimes the trip is 1 person, sometimes 2, sometimes 3, or 4, or 5. It really depends where we’re going, and what we’re doing. I have a travel blog called Traveling Normandy which is where I recap the adventures we’ve been on. Normandy is us, Norm & D, D is for Dominique. Here’s us, I love this picture:
What else? I work in software. I used to be a software developer, then I was implementing software, then I was architecting, now I am owning/managing products. I am still working out what I want to be when I grow up.
I also like to write, which is something that brings me enjoyment but doesn’t bring me cash. So it’s not something I can do as a career.
I also like coffee and ice cream, though not really together.
That’s who I am. You can email me at normZurawski@yahoo.com.
