Tablespoon Almond butter
1/2 cup Bob's Redmill honey oak granola.

I like a parfait... in a glass....

Oatmeal on the bottom, lil bit brown sugar, then layer of granola, then layer of yogurt, then fruit.

Half scoop of PB2
1/4 cup of frozen fruit medley
1/4 cup of skim milk

Yummy.

I tried plain skyr today. Thicker, more tart than Greek yogurt. More protein, less sugar than fage 0%. I failed at price comparison. Next time.

Will buy again.

seriously - heat milk slowly, add cultures, cool, strain. gotta be less work than granola, and the all important
"control what goes in" - i don't, but then i don't make my own granola either. beef jerky, yes. granola, nah.
