WTB: SS or Hard Tail in South Jersey. Medium frame

Posting for my borther. He's really looking for a Single Speed, but also looked at a few hard tail geared bikes. Ideally we would like a medium frame, disc brakes and 29er complete bike.

It's a single speed frame with eccentric bottom bracket
Race face cranks and king headset are currently installed on the frame

I also have a set of tubeless ready rims(Mavis's forget the number) built on Paul hubs that were on the bike if your interested $200
It's painted a deep color purple
Really cool looking paint (I think anyway)

I'm near Allaire and have a Kona Unit single speed frame, fork, truvativ stylo cranks. It has Canti lever mounts and horizontal drops. It's been well Ridden, however no dents or cracks. The seat tube measures 16"ctc or 19" ctt and the top tube is 22" ctc. $100 for the frame, fork, bottom bracket, cranks, and seat post clamp. If interested pm me your email and I will send pics
