WTB: screw hole buttons (custom made?)

Hey y'all.

My lathe is currently out of commission, or I'd HTFU and do it myself; I need 4 screw hole buttons for a piano that are:

-1/4" nominal post, 3/8" long
-7/16" wide head, 3/16" thick. Flat top, rounded top edge ideal. Rounded top is okay, too, but needs a flat edge on the side
-Ideally rosewood, but cherry/maple/other tight grained wood okay. They will be filled/polished/stained/gloss lacquered, and the less work I have to do to get it there would be great. I can provide turning stock, whatever is left over is yours.
-Can provide a [crude] ass shop drawing on request

Dimensions (specifically head height) are important; they are to hold up the folded portion of a grand piano's lid. Of course, if someone's got something that's already damn close to what I need, that's cool too. I've got a bunch of oak ones, but I don't really want to spend the time filling the grain.

Shoot me a message if you've got a working lathe/have something that's real close to the above criteria.
