WTB: 9 speed 11-28 cassette

Looking for a lightly used (or cheap, new one goes for ~$30) 11-28 9 speed cassette for a backup wheelset on my road bike, current wheel has a sram PG-950 in this size and id like to not have to mess with B screw adjustments or anything when swapping wheels.

shimano ultegra 12-27 9 speed, used, free but I cannot find a 12T lock ring

that could work, maybe someone has a 12t lockring they are looking to part with to finish out the set?
