Williamsburg, Va. Trails And Bike Rentals?

Does anyone have any knowledge of a shop that rents mountain bikes in the Williamsburg, Va area? Also anyone have any experience with any trail systems down there? I've been there before and have also seen some videos of trails in Yorktown that looked really nice.

Any help appreciated.

No experience with any of these parks, but Freedom Park has my attention from a quick read on this website and its in the exact town you are asking about.

I've ridden freedom park. It is pretty incredible. not sure the type of riding that you do, but its got 3-4 fantastic single track loops and a free ride loop. Go ahead and ride the free ride loop as well even if you're not into that. It's easy to bypass the tough obstacles, and you can still hit some of the smaller ones. It truly is a great park.
