Which Trail is More Flowy?

Thinking of bringing my 10yr old here after watching a few videos on YouTube. He likes flowy trails without too many roots and has done 10 miles of Columbia Trail and the entire Western Morris Greenway with me. I'm pretty sure he'd like this trail so the real question is which lot to park at to start?

Park at the canal lot and start with Blue, sounds like it's exactly what you're looking for

and if all else fails the D&R Canal Path is right across the street from the Canal Rd lot.

try the Nassau trails, short loops and varied terrain, also hear Rutgers is good for new riders

Blue is probably the flowiest/funnest section of the park but you can't really go wrong anywhere in Six Mile. Before my son could ride the whole loop we used to alternate sides. Also on the 27 side you can do Red to Orange to make it a loop instead of an out/back.
