What's the best and easiest gps to use?

i lost my Garmin 800. I never really used it to it's full potential. Plus I always forgot to turn it off, so my info was never correct.
My wife has a Garmin 230 watch that she loves, it syncs with her phone. Do any of the watches navigate?
What is everybody's favorite? .
