New grips on the DH bike, New bars/Stem on the Firebird, new Xt brakes, rotors, pads, bars, grips on the XC bike. At this point I should just keep my Jamis... its like a brand new bike again.

Converted the Les to SS,
Refresh Stan's in the trail bike rear tire.
Raised the stem up on the XC bike.
Added a 10mm spacer.
After yesterday's race my hands and arms felt fatigued.
That looks like it's in slack position , if you moved center bolt back it would raise the back end so to me it looks to be in the slack settingMy Rallon has a chip to change the front angle one degree. The manual doesn't say, but can I assume the back position will slacken the frame. It's currently in the front position, setting it up for creek.View attachment 70778
Your illustration sounds right. I switched it to see how it feels. Anyways, almost ready for Creek. Full strip down and rebuild. Shake down ride tomorrowThat looks like it's in slack position , if you moved center bolt back it would raise the back end so to me it looks to be in the slack setting
Do they make wider spacers? Also have a number of spacers under the stem but looks strange cause narrower.

I started in the bar end era, and those are the king of all bar ends! It looks like you'd torque the bars in half if you pulled on the end of those.
I snapped a pivot bolt.
80 in/lbs torque on my Santa Cruz Tallboy did the trick. it seemed like that's what i had been setting the last few times i did the old re-grease and re-fit of the pivot axles, but i probably didn't account for any residual loctite i couldn't remove... speaking of which, anyone have a good way of removing old loctite? acetone?
Hope it went well. Good luckWhat I did to my bike today. Took it out of the closet, changed the flat from my last ride on it with @ChrisG and @Mitch on 2/27. 1st foot on a pedal since injury 3/1. Titled pic "Dumb is what dumb does". Wish me luck.
