Kane Overhead from a growler. I wanted to take advantage of June special ongoing for the opening of the new Liquor Factory on Route 206N in Byram. I got a fill of Kane Overhead for my 32 oz growler and got $2.50 off for the promotion.

They said that the special has been extended until Labor Day!

Not sure if Overhead is more floral or fruity, but has a great aroma. Would love to see Kane goodness distributed in cans.
Oh man oh man, til Labor Day?
I will make them regret that decision.

I went party wave.

Fuck Monday for sure. But weekend had a lot of fine beer and even an encore showing of the 5-0 at my backyard!!!
At least it was not the border patrol!!!

Now I am finishing the weekend with a Bohemia. My second fav beer from back home. Of course it doesn't compare to the beers we have around these days but holds a special place in my beer heart.

Anyway....IMG_9430.JPG

But you're wrong.
Broccoli outperforms Cabbage on most metrics.
That's why the cops came.
Twice.

Nice get on the Westie.
Can't believe you held off so long!

I agree to disagree!!! Cabbage Numero Uno in my book

As far as the Westie...well Im not big into Belgian Style, and had so much new fresh stuff from around here that needed to be consumed in a short time. I heard the W wouldnt go bad if it stayed there for a while

Nice. They did not have Kane Party Wave tapped when I was there on Thursday. I will have to head back this week to get some.

They apparently have a liquor license like a bar would have, since they are providing samples and filling growlers. But the owner apparently wants to discourage people coming in for a glass of beer or wine, so a glass of beer costs $20.
