Long time friend and riding buddy stopped over today to purchase my Niner SIR9 frame and fork. Besides cash, he showed up with some flavors of his homebrews. White cap is a citra pale ale at 6.6%. The black cap is in the glass, bourbon barrel aged porter at 6.8%. Both are awesome, he brought 2 of each and also a Russian Imperial Stout which I'll get to tomorrow.

Hit up Battery Steele Brewing in Portland. Was snowing a lot today so didn't have much time for a few samples. Forgot to get an indoors picture but got one of the sign on the way out in order to see what other breweries are in that building. Will have to go back another time when not snowing to check out the other breweries.

It was a slow, challenging drive in the snow until I got to Massachusetts. So I really enjoyed a Kineo.

I do miss the old OH in some ways.
I think I’ll do the tour they offer at some point- I’ve heard it ends with samples in the old tap room.
Love that they have preserved it in all its glory.
It’s just dankness personified.

Two guys peeing off a bridge.
First one says “the water is cold”,
the other one says “It’s deep, too”.

I like to think that describes my beer fridge: cold and deep.
