Last yesterday:
So after really enjoying some of their other offerings, decided to try this

Pretty good, probably a good representation of a Brux IPA.
Brux refers to the yeast, which is a close cousin of Brettamyances (sp?).
I don’t care for that Brett fellow.

So yeah was good, but not my cup of Tatum. Had a very recognizable flavor to it- maybe a coriander?
Could have very easily come from Ommegang.
If you like Belgian beers and IPAs, try this yo.

I rarely like Belgian ipas bc they try to mix the spice with hoppy. I didn't feel like icarus tried that. Maybe I'll need to revisit but I really enjoyed this beer last time I had it.

Let me know if you try it again.
I may have filed it wrong calling it Belgiany, it was a Monday...
But it did have a flavor that kicked off my tastebuds, saying- I know that!
Maybe it’s a Weisse beer flavor I was reading?

Anyway, not bad at all, just not a preference for me.

I have friends coming over on Saturday and was going to pick up a growler at cranbury buy rite. Now I'll taste test before buying but I'll let you know.
