View attachment 60398 My turn to post one of these. Really nice. Looks like apple cider in the glass. Big citrus at first which gives way to pleasing dankness and a touch sour on the finish.
Just don't sleep on them.
I had 6 left from the Citra/Mosaic batch that were undrinkable at 3 weeks.

They've signed up a new canner - sticking with 16oz. Might not make the Grav Waves release this month (28th) but its coming!

Talked to the brewer tonight at conclave. they have no preservatives other than alc - 3 weeks until the turn downward.

Yeah, I'm learning what has a shelf life and what doesn't.
Based on what I saw in the Czig beers, I was wondering if air got into the canning process. Brown and horrible.
Seems like oxidation.
I'll expect some loss of flavor after 2-3 weeks, but not that.

I'll still pick them up, but drink them quick yo.
