There is one step I would do differently. That is cooling the blend flat probably at about inch and half in height. It just didn't cool down to a consistent texture for me to roll without making a bloody mess. Once I broke through the outside layer is was still mush.

Time, amount of ingredient and clean up made it appealing for me.
