about 90 minutes to get to 130, throw it on a ripping hot skillet or grill to sear the outside
eat perfectly cooked meat!
(my son's birthday should come around more often)

Can't find the what eating thread, but this was the best burrito I've had in a long time. With a side of cactus and tamales to balance some heat from the mole. Dunellen/Bound Brook has some serious eats.

Odd... I was thinking burritos late last night and was browsing thru taco bells menu online. Lol
