What are the chances somebody has a 1Up rack for sale?

Severe lack of communication from the company to it's potential buyer-base. I forgot where I saw it, but somebody posted an email from the inventor they received that he is trying to sell the patents to some other company to make it? And none of this was communicated to all those people that joined the waiting list to buy one like 2 years ago now? I really wanted one for all the new touches, mostly the wider guide rail, easy trigger to lower and raise the platform, and of course cheaper cost.

Edit: right from website.

Take a look. When we lost our one up, I ended up with this. It's a really nicely made functions well, fits any tire size and bought double off rackattack for 3bills.

I've been looking at that exact rack as well actually. I thought you may have had it. For a single rack it seems great, accepts more tire sizes, and has a bunch of locks included. Also expandable with the add on, which is only $169.

The wife likes it better just for the tilt feature alone. Its definitely well made and rock solid in the hitch.
