Sue and I pulled into the lot at about 5pm yesterday. There were 2 Wall Twnshp police vehicles parked by the hitching post. A couple who had been out riding had their window smashed and wallets stolen. I moved my car closer to Hosp Rd so my car had more visibility and noticed more broken glass there. Apparently they hit a few cars.
Bad.

Time to get a decoy to sit in the car

It's not like the lot is near anyplace so someone had to "scope out" the area first....

That means two things its premeditated and they needed transportation.

Since burglars seem to hit the same area repeatedly before moving on, I'd give some thought to keeping Allaire Village, the Bike path and Golf Course parking lots under surveillance.

thats wonderful that the saves are up.

That is one of the new problems for all areas and could be the main reason for the stuff that is going on "smash and grab"
addiction brings out the worst in people..... just try to stow and lock everything.. I would think f the lot is busy the odds go down as well.
