Treadmill Repairman needed

The belt on the treadmill is slipping and I tried adjusting it from the back to tighten the belt and it didn't work.
The drive belt looks new and I'll try to lube tonight, but I may need help from a tech.

Belt conditioner: the tried-and-true way of dealing with power transfer belts that should have been replaced years ago.

(I don't actually think you should do this. It's like using stop-a-leak in a radiator)

Try a pure silicone lube for treadmills (available at Dick's and other fine stores), your belt is probably not gliding on the deck like it should. My wife has worn out 4 treadmills so far, so I have a little experience with this.
