Lately I have had the desire to continue work on my right arm (mostly like full sleeve with). That being said what is the procedure of keeping things sanitary yet continuing to ride 10+ hours a week over the winter. Looks like many people say to stay off the bike, but I am sure some of you haven't.

i raced two days after my forearm piece. it was fine... just monitor it and keep it clean. like right after you ride, wash and hydrate it

You really don't wanna keep it covered with wrap after the 1st 24 hours. You have to let the plasma bleed out and get air to the wounds. The key is keeping it moist so it doesn't stick to your clothing. I use a thin layer of Eucerin healing cream and apply it at least 3 to 4 times a day. But only for the first 4 days, then it's regular lotion. If your riding where it could get exposed you should probably apply some non stick gauze to it for the duration of the ride.
