Actully there is an attendent there full time. Gives you a ticket for the bike. Look.at.left side of.pic and youll see his desk/podium

We have a circle in Venice that is worse than both, but not by design. Combine people who have never driven circles before with geezers and it's not good. They either just drive into it without slowing and you better get out of the way or they panic and stop dead in the middle. It's pretty funny as long as you don't get whacked - I'd never try riding thru it.
