A proud moment in flat tire repair:

Pencil-size hole, much too big for Stans to seal. Didn't feel like installing a tube. I happen to keep my multi-tool in a piece of old inner tube as a protective cover. Ripped off a hunk of that, wadded it up, jammed it in the hole with an allen wrench.
Voila!
Permanent repair in my book.

Maybe it stands for "Mother In Law...Free", in which case it might be either an advertisement to take someone's mother in law off their hands or some sort of celebratory statement, as in "I'm finally free of my mother in law".

I've never really understood paying extra for vanity plates...especially something that stupid.

Two when I'm on a computer, but when I push spacebar twice on my phone, it puts a period and one space. So I just go with that.
