The Joy of Mountain Biking

Good job out there Joy! That sculpture is awesome!

Thank you for inviting us. I was really scared of the running part, but in the end, it turned out ok :)
I'm even (maybe) considering doing some trail running another day... maybe!

got some of the pics from the GGG race... so i figured now's a good enough time to embarrass myself and a few others ;)

(refraining from posting pics of some of the other racers i don't really know in case they really don't want their pics all over MTBNJ)

They are genetically disposed to urinary tract blockage.
If he gets blocked, may not survive, or it will cost you $3-4K to save him.
Over time, make sure he is drinking, watch to make sure he is not struggling to pee, and only feed him wet fud.

My cat had a bladder stone years ago. Had a catheder for a bit. Apparently it was from feeding the cats tuna. We then switched to wet food and the dry food had some stone prevention somethings in it. Both cats lived 22ish human years.

ok, folks...

so i officially registered for the mountain man race (which better not be a shit show) and apple cross (which will most definitely be a shit show). stay tuned for race recaps.
