Hi -

I did so well last time I thought I would try again.

Have a friend with a teenager that needs a car until June when he goes into the service. He has a max of $1300 to spend.

Auto only and probably should get more that 8 mpg. :)

Said person lives in southern monouth county.

Teenage + rent = $$

even rent-a-junk? i guess - but by the time one gets 3 months of insurance , registration, and buys a car...
how about a nice road bike, and a hefty uber deposit?

I have a 2008 Subaru Impreza with all the major maintenance (timing belt, water pump, headgaskets, rear wheel bearing, new brakes, plugs, wires, all filters, 3k oil changes, new steering rack/pump, new Conti DWS tires, etc) done. It is my current daily drive for work but just picked up another Audi so don't need 3 cars. It was struck in the driver passenger fender by a deer but does not affect driving (happened in Oct 2017).

Let me know, I'd sell it for around your asking price. It is a solid car that does phenomenal in snow/weather conditions. Great knock around car for a first driver!

I didn't blow the transmission in my dad's Monte Carlo SS till 9k miles. But I was doing neutral drops in front of my high school.

Honda can't design a decent auto trans. With the exception of a Legend, everyone we've had developed some problem.
