So thank you-
This kept me company in the car over the past couple days.
As always, I enjoyed being a fly on the wall.
Technical points:
Try to remain equidistant from the mikes. The first half hour I was cranking the volume to hear Sean, only to get memorex blown away by norm's response.
The second 3 hours this wasn't a problem.
And can you amp the overall volume somehow? I always seem to need to crank these to hear. Playing it through BT in the car, had the phone cranked to max and volume about 3x what I do to listen to music.
And if you could autotune the bits when Sean goes into character, that would be great.
Oh, and I'd pay money to hear Bollywood Sean narrate a book, where can I haz? Take my money!
I listened to most of it yesterday, so any real talking points have fallen out of my head, but I do enjoy the style.
Some bikes, some not bikes, but peeps we know chatting.
Of the tail end which is in the most recent memory banks, I enjoyed the global discussion.
Some really good points.
Norm's take on how arbitrary borders are (e.g. France and Spain, except Basquiat country, as noted by Tall Guy) what's the difference?
This calls to mind the natural twins experiment we have with NH and VT.
Same geography, same language, similar natural resources, two totally different outcomes.
That's all I got, except keep it up.
